Socialist Fox is a software development and automation team for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected apps. We design and build bespoke software, AI automation, web apps, CRMs and dashboards that make the day-to-day running of a business easier to manage, measure and improve.

What we believe

Software shouldn't add another place to check. AI shouldn't be added because it sounds impressive in a meeting. Automation shouldn't create a process nobody can explain. A good system makes the work faster and easier to follow, and the people using it should feel the difference in their first week.

How we think

We start with the workflow, not a template.

No two businesses run the same way, even in the same industry. The tools, the team, the clients and the reports the owner actually reads all differ. So we look at the workflow first: what is slow, what gets repeated, what falls through the cracks and which tools need to talk to each other. Only once the real process is mapped do we choose the software, automation or AI to build around it.
